Privacy Policy

This policy describes how RejuvLV Wellness & Aesthetics (“RejuvLV,” “we,” “us”) handles information on this website. It applies to the website only. Medical records and information you share with us as a patient are protected health information governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, available at our office.

Information this website collects

We keep collection deliberately minimal. Visitors do not need an account. You may contact us by phone or email, or use our request-a-call form. That form collects your name, phone number, optional email, preferred call time, and optional service interest. If you request follow-up from the Care Journey, we collect your contact details and plan selections to respond to that request. When you book an appointment, scheduling is handled by Jane (Jane Software Inc.) under its own privacy policy and our agreement with them.

Website measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate visits and page performance. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager may also operate on public pages when enabled. Google Analytics can collect page URLs, interactions, device information, and analytics cookies. We do not intend to send names, contact details, photos, or Care Journey answers to these tools. We do not use advertising pixels on this website.

The AI skin read

Our optional Care Journey skin read lets you submit a photo to receive cosmetic, non-diagnostic suggestions. The photo is used only with your explicit consent, transmitted securely, processed in memory to generate suggestions, and is not stored, logged, or used to identify you by RejuvLV. Processing is performed by our AI service provider (OpenAI) under API terms that do not permit training on your data. The result is educational only and is not medical advice or a diagnosis.

Service providers

Our providers include Vercel (hosting and website measurement), Supabase (content and request database), Resend (request-a-call email delivery), Vimeo (video playback), Jane (appointment scheduling), and OpenAI (the optional skin read described above). Google provides Analytics and Tag Manager when those tools are enabled.

Cookies

Vercel Web Analytics does not set analytics cookies. Google Analytics may set analytics cookies when enabled. Essential cookies are used to operate secure staff sign-in for our content management area.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal information or use advertising pixels on this website.

Your choices and rights

You may contact us at info@rejuvlv.com or 702-321-9766 with any privacy question, or to request access to or deletion of information you believe we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We will update this policy if our practices change, and revise the effective date above.
